"Instead of knitting the inside of the purse identical to the outside, and to keep the purse from being larger and give that loopy effect, all the inside rows are kept at four beads in between knitted stitches and the outside rows are made with more beads to do the loops.  It gives a very nice effect like the dew drops purses, and I can’t wait to try it on a bigger purse.  This is my own pattern.  Please don’t use for commercial purposes and don’t share outside the group. Cast on 36 stitches.
Knit three rows without beads.

4th row to 9th:  knit 3, slide two beads, *knit two, slide two beads* repeat from * to * until the end of the row, knit the last 3 stitches.

10th row to 13th : Knit 3, slide 3 beads, *knit two, slide 3 beads* rep from * to * until the end of the row, knit the last 3 stitches.

14th - 17th row : Knit 3, slide 4 beads, * knit two, slide 4 beads* repeat from * to * until the end of the rows, knit the last 3 stitches.

Rows 18 and 20 : Knit 3, slide 8 beads, * knit two, slide 8 beads* repeat from * to * until the end of the row, knit last 3 stitches.

Rows 19 and 21 row and all even rows : Knit 3, slide 4 beads, * knit 2 slide 4 beads *, repeat from * to * until the end of the rows.

Rows 22 and 24 : Knit 3, slide 12 beads, *knit two, slide 12 beads * repeat from * to * until the end of the row.

Rows 23 and 25 row : same as row 19

Rows 26 and 28 : Knit 3, slide  16 beads, * knit two, slide 16 beads * repeat from * to * until the end of the row.

Rows 27 and 29 : Same as 19

30th row and all even rows until the 56th row : Knit 3, slide 20 beads, *knit two, slide 20 beads * repeat from * to * until the end of the row.
All the uneven rows  from 31 to 69 same as row 19

58 to  60 : same as row 26

62 to 64 : same as row 22

66 to 68 :  same as row 18

70 to 73 : same as row 14

74 to 77  : same as row 10

78 to 81 : same as row 4

82-83-84, knit plain without beads.

Close the sides.  Attach a strap.  To make a longer bag, just add some rows with the longer loops like the 25th.
